1.1 General description of the machine

SMP series socket automatic machine is a product of Suzhou Zhongtuo Automation Technology Co., Ltd. It is specially developed to replace the manual assembly of 5G connectors.

This machine is a customized machine, equipped with shell, insulator, pin, withstand voltage test, 0.05±0.05 size detection, and troubleshooting (all types of defects are placed separately: poor voltage resistance, poor size; general rules need to detect the inner hole of the shell, CCD detects the length of the pin). The machine is loaded by a turntable mechanism to improve work efficiency. All processes are controlled by PLC, and the settings and operations are carried out through the touch screen.
